Description
As the Office Manager at Sound Stock’s Las Vegas headquarters, you’ll be the engine behind our day-to-day operations. From vendor coordination to team event logistics, you’ll ensure the environment is seamless, productive, and aligned with our creative culture.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily office operations and maintain a welcoming, functional workspace
• Manage relationships with vendors (facilities, catering, office supplies, etc.)
• Schedule and support internal meetings, events, and team-building activities
• Track office expenses, manage budgets, and process vendor invoices
• Implement and optimize office policies and procedures
• Serve as the primary point of contact for landlords, contractors, and facilities
Qualifications
• 3+ years of office management experience (tech startup experience preferred)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and vendor negotiation skills
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and basic accounting software
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Must be able to work full-time on-site in Las Vegas, NV
