Description
As a Customer Support Representative at Sound Stock, based in our Las Vegas headquarters, you’ll be the first point of contact for our rapidly growing community of musicians, podcasters, video editors, and game developers. From billing inquiries to technical troubleshooting, you’ll ensure every user has a seamless and satisfying experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond promptly to inbound support tickets via email and live chat
• Troubleshoot issues related to audio playback, downloads, and account access
• Process billing adjustments, refunds, and subscription updates
• Maintain and improve our Knowledge Base & FAQ content
• Work with Engineering and Product teams to escalate recurring issues
• Collect and relay customer feedback to help shape product direction
Qualifications
• 2+ years in customer support (SaaS or digital media preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High empathy, strong attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset
• Experience with Zendesk, Intercom, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with audio formats (MP3, WAV, stems) is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site Las Vegas work environment
